Our Story
Born in 1968, built to last
Nicknamed "Sunnyside Up," this upcycled cabin has an original all-wood interior balanced with new features that cover every practical need. Upgrades include all new memory foam mattresses, a large deck with a sectional couch and dining table, a fully redone basement, a new heat pump for AC and heating, full WiFi, a Bluetooth speaker, and a new private dock with walk-up non-slip aluminum stairs from the water. Lake toys for guests include four paddle boards, two kayaks, water skis, towing tubes, a wakeboard, and lounge chairs. The boat shown in photos is not available for guest use.
What We Value
Three levels, two families
The cabin runs across three levels with three bedrooms, a rec room, and two bathrooms, sleeping two families comfortably. The top floor has a queen bedroom and a king master, both with en suite doors to a full tub/shower bathroom. The main floor has a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with standup shower and washer/dryer, a kitchen and dining area, and an A-Frame vaulted living room that opens onto the lakeside deck. The ground level is a rec room with two queen beds and a sliding glass door to the outdoor space under the deck. Onsite parking is available on the one-acre private property.
